MRCOG Part II ORAL (OSCE) COURSE
Who this course is for
This course is intended for doctors who have been successful
in the written Part 2 examinations and are about to undertake the Oral (OSCE) exam.
We are happy to take a provisional booking, which can then be confirmed when the
results from your written exams are published.
The number of participants is strictly limited, but we can add your name to our
waiting list, whilst waiting for the written exam results, if the provisional list
is full when you call.
We will give priority to doctors who have attended our Part II MRCOG MCQ & Essay
course.
What will this course offer you
We run three full days of OSCE circuits covering the full range
of types of questions. Each circuit has 10 stations, with time for feedback from
your examiner and role player after each station. There is also a longer feedback
session at the end of each day.
The circuits are set up in a venue which provides a realistic
mimic of the real exam conditions and our role players are all professional actors.
You can book for the whole course or for separate days. The circuits are completely
different on each day.
We also have a Communication Skills Workshop linked to this course, which takes place on the day before the OSCE circuits begin. If you are not used to working with patients in the U.K. you are strongly advised to consider attending. Details are on a separate page.
